cup sliced fresh strawberries

medium banana, thinly sliced

whole fresh strawberries
Instructions
In each of 4 (10-oz) plastic cups or parfait glasses, layer 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1/4 cup cereal, 1/4 cup strawberry slices and 1/4 of banana slices.
Top each with 2 tablespoons yogurt, 1/4 cup cereal and remaining yogurt. Garnish top of each parfait with whole strawberry.

SOUR CREAM CAKE
Ingredients
Devil's food cake mix
16 oz sour cream
3 eggs
Instructions
Mix all ingredients and microwave in bundt-type stone pan for 13 minutes turning half way through.
Dust with powdered sugar or drizzle with hot fudge if desired.

THE BEST COCONUT CAKE
Ingredients
1 box deluxe moist yellow cake mix
2 cups sugar
1 Tsp coconut extract
1 cup milk
1 can shredded coconut
1 large container cool whip
Instructions
Mix cake as directed on box.
Combine sugar, milk and coconut extract and boil slowly until sugar is dissolved. Punch lots of holes into the cake while it is still hot (use a straw or a small-sized handle of a wooden spoon). Pour mixture on cake while mixture is hot. After it has cooled, spread on the Cool whip. Then sprinkle on the shredded coconut. This is a very moist cake.

CANDY BAR PIE
Ingredients
1/2 lb chocolate bar (plain - no almonds)
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 Graham or Oreo cookie crust
Instructions
Melt the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. While the chocolate is still hot, fold in cool whip. Pour into pie crust and chill for about 4 hours.
